Step1: Adjust design file

My file is made for 2mm wood thickness.
If you have something else you need to change the prongs and the width or height of the cutouts of the baseplate.

Step2: Laser Settings

For this project only cut settings are needed.
I used Air Assist on low and fume extractor on quarter from ON

Step3: Assembling of the holder

- Put the pieces all into the holes on the base and glue all together. It should be a perfect fit when used 2mm thickness.
- For me it was the easiest to start with the front part and after that both side parts. Glued them together and let dry.
- When dried I inserted the last piece and glued together.

The 2 checklists are stencils to place inside the holder to get perfect aligned lists on the sticky notes.
