This Coffee Corner Shelf was designed and created specifically for a stylish and functional coffee corner.
It is compatible with an OutIn coffee machine, which is fully integrated into the shelf and supported by a stable base.
The shelf includes everything needed to prepare coffee comfortably:
space for sugar, a small capsule waste container, and an elegant storage system.
All necessary files and settings are included in the attached documents and explained in this instruction.
The design files are optimized for a 48 × 28 cm material plate, with a small tolerance to ensure a perfect fit.
Always activate the automatic height measurement / focus adjustment after placing a new plate in the laser cutter.
Before cutting, mark the working area (frame) of the plate to ensure correct positioning of the files.
Do not change the predefined laser parameters unless necessary for your specific machine.

Open the provided design file.
The file contains six worksheets (layers) in total.

The first four worksheets are labeled and must be cut using 9 mm material.
The laser settings for 9 mm have already been tested and adjusted by myself.
Use the saved values in the file, as they are optimized for clean and precise cuts

The last two worksheets are intended for 3 mm material.
These worksheets already contain the correct laser settings.
Use the existing values without modification.

Always cut the plates one after another (1-9).
Place the material into the laser cutter.
Activate the automatic height measurement.
Mark the working area of the plate.
Position the design correctly within the marked area.
Start the cutting process.
Repeat these steps for each worksheet until all parts are cut.

After cutting, clean all plates carefully to remove smoke marks and residue from the laser process.
This ensures a clean appearance and better results during assembly.

After cleaning, connect all parts by slotting them together and check:
if all parts are included
and if everything fits correctly

On the back side of the rear wall (9 mm), attach the 3 mm wall piece as shown in the photo.
This step is important because the rear wall consists of two parts — the 3 mm layer reinforces the panel and makes it more stable.

Next, glue the bottom 9 mm piece onto the construction.
Make sure it is aligned properly and fully pressed into place before the glue sets.
Before painting, lightly sand all laser-cut parts, especially the edges.
This removes smoke marks and residue from the laser process and helps the paint/lacquer stick better and look cleaner.

At this stage, only paint this assembled part (Photo).
I used wood lacquer, then let it dry completely before continuing.

Next, glue the arches onto the structure.
Make sure:
they are positioned flush, so the slots/gaps remain free (the shelves will be inserted there later),
and they are aligned flush with the side edges.
Before painting, mask off all areas that will be glued later.
Glue
This ensures the parts will still fit perfectly into the slots and the glue will bond properly (paint can reduce accuracy and adhesion).
Now paint all parts (front and back side).
Let everything dry completely.
Depending on the color and coverage, you may need multiple coats.
Once all parts are fully painted and completely dry, glue all shelves into place.
Make sure each shelf is aligned properly before the glue sets.

Glue the piece with the thinner edge onto the piece with the thicker edge.
Then glue the capsule holder onto the shelf so that the thinner edge is attached to the bottom of the shelf.
This way, the capsules are held in place:
the thinner edge sits inside, while the thicker edge catches and supports the capsules so they don’t fall out.

Open the provided file for the Sugar Container and the Capsule Waste Bin.

Inside the file, you can choose between:
larger text
smaller text
I used the larger text version for my shelf, for both the sugar container and the waste bin.

Cut all parts as shown in the file.
After cutting, clean the parts and especially the edges, to remove smoke marks and laser residue.

Lay out all sugar container parts as shown in the photo, so it is clear which side belongs where.
Check the Outer / Inner Sides:
the sides with the lines are facing outwards
and the sides with the laser smoke marks are facing inwards
This ensures the final container looks clean and professional from the outside.

Glue the sugar container together exactly as shown in the photo.

Lay out all waste bin box parts as shown in the photo, so it is clear which side belongs where.
Check the Outer / Inner Sides:
the sides with the lines are facing outwards
and the sides with the laser smoke marks are facing inwards
This ensures the final container looks clean and professional from the outside.

Glue the waste bin box together exactly as shown in the photo.

Paint the Signs and glue them.

Your Coffee Corner Shelf is now finished!
You can now set it up in your coffee corner and enjoy having everything you need ready and organized — sugar, capsules, and the waste bin — all in one place.
