- make the body from yellow felt (1 - 3 mm) (2 pieces per chick are needed)
- make the beak and feet from 1mm thick red felt (one piece per chick is needed)

- the right-angled tab of the beak should cover the eye
- place the second half of the body exactly on top of the first and press well
