Information

I decided to remix my previous kryptec stencil for a Laat Gunship model for star wars legion in order to give it a little personality. I hope you all find a good use for the design. It's important to note that the settings can vary much depending on the tape or paper used. I used regular masking tape for painting walls because that is all I had on hand but it proved difficult to cut through entirely.

Instruction

1

Step1

First, test your material with one of the many test arrays available online.

2

Step2

Next, cut the tape at the appropriate settings.

3

Step3

After that peel the tape off the bed slowly so as not to rip it and apply to model. You can equally use the hexes left over from the cut for fading the design.

4

Step4

Finaly, paint your model with a spray can or airbrush. I like to lift off the pattern, offset it, and put in back, painting with a slightly different color either darker or brighter for example if painting in green I would change to beige.
