Everything is included from the tier tray, round signs, coffee bean bag, cup and scoop engravings.
This design incorporates a warm wood theme and modern aesthetic.
It was created to capture the daily ritual of enjoying coffee whether that is a shared experience or on the go.

🧩 Assembly Steps (Detailed Process)

Coffee Signs & Bean Embellishments

Sort elements into groups based on the wood colours you have selected.

Turn output on only for the selected colour and ensure you turn output off before moving off the bed and placing the next layer on.

Cut all parts according to the file layout, auto measure and frame

Clean all edges with white vinegar and microfibres cloth

Apply stain or varnish before final assembly if you haven’t used coloured plywood.

Assemble the individual letters first, aligning with the scoring onto offset, glue this to the base and add frames.

Tier Tray

Cut all parts according to the file layout, auto measure and frame

The tray edge can be cut together but you will find due to size every other piece will require to be cut individually

Clean all edges with white vinegar and microfibres cloth

Place glue with a paint brush inside where the two parts of the frame connect, align carefully and apply pressure.

Apply glue to tray edges and align carefully to trays

Apply glue to the bottom of the tray supports on the frame and push down tray firmly.

Apply dab of glue to outside of frame edge and apply coffee bean embellishments.

Coffee Bean Bag

Cut vinyl according to file layout.

Weed vinyl

Apply to Muslin bag with mini heat press using a teflon sheet to protect bag and every prior layer of vinyl

Double walled 304 Stainless Steel Cream Espresso cups

Install small chuck arm

Measure widest circumference of cup & eye width so you can calculate length of text

Level cup on chuck spirit level or digital level

Manually measure laser height

Frame (ensure light settings are lowest and speed highest so framing does not score your cup) & engrave

Clean cup with an alcohol wipe or a magic eraser if needing a little extra.

Bean Scoop

Install small chuck arms opposite direction to how it holds a tumbler so your laser head will not hit your chuck arms

Measure widest circumference of handle

Level handle in chuck with spirt level

Manually measure laser height

Frame (ensure light settings are lowest and speed highest so framing does not score your cup) & engrave

Double walled 304 Stainless Steel Black Travel Cup

Install long chuck arms

Measure widest circumference of cup & eye width so you can calculate length of text

Level cup on chuck spirit level or digital level

Manually measure laser height

Frame (ensure light settings are lowest and speed highest so framing does not score your cup) & engrave

Clean cup with an alcohol wipe or a magic eraser if needing a little extra.

🛠️ Optional Tips

The coffee signs and bean embellishments can be perfect for those offcut pieces of wood you have in your studio / craft room

I find the Gorilla wood glue works best for these types of projects and it adheres quickly
