      Love this file and appreciate the original owner, stephcreated, for sharing.
I put name here as an example, but i made this as one of the first project/gifts for a coworker I've made with my xtool.

I had a couple setting issues - some light and some too dark for engraving - however, with the help of xtool social media and individuals willing to help, this has made all the difference.

Step1

Settings very on each machine, this is what worked for me but I am sure there is always a better altern. out there.

With the red layer: I used the Engrave option (to change name font/size/wording - Ungroup) for the year, you will just have to pick a font and replace it for 2025.
Make sure the cap is completely off your card and on the side before starting the project so that it does not cut into the finish result.
Cut layer will be the purple and blue. (blue being the ‘cap’)
Once all pieces have been engraved and cut, the middle piece (*see image) will be aligned and glued.

**I found it easy to hold the freshly glued pieces together by using a dollar store clip (or binder clip)
