Personalized Laser Cut Wooden Jewelry Box with Drawers and Decorative Hearts

Assemble the lid, please ensure that you get the front and back pieces correct, the front one is the larger piece

Build the 2 drawers, they are different sizes

Three screws to attach the music box to the back face

Build the 4 pieces as shown in the picture

Start the build of the main box, this is where the ballerina will lay when the lid is closed

Attach the middle (step 5), the drawer runners and the base to 1 side of the box, then lay on that side and fix the opposite side. To make the box square and rigid fix the small front panel  

Lay the box on its front and attach the back, ( a flat piece of wood and a small hammer may help ensure all the pieces fit snug)

Attach the hinge fixings to either side of the box

Attacj the bottom front to the box

Place the felt in the required locations (tip start with the bottom pieces first)

Attach all the acrylic as required
