Information

There are stories that don't start with "once upon a time",
but with a recess, a shy look and two backpacks resting on the same desk.

Tere and Javi's was born at school, when love still knew no hurry or fear.
They were boyfriends when everything was simple, when the future seemed infinite and the world fit between classes, laughter and whispered promises.

But life sometimes separates before its time.
At the end of that stage, the roads forked.
Each one followed his own, and for more than twenty years fate was silent.
Twenty years of full lives, of learning, of joys and wounds.
Twenty years in which they both formed their own families, had children, grew up...
without knowing that the invisible thread was still intact.

And one day, without warning, life decided to give them back what was never broken.
The reunion was not a return to the past, but an embrace of the present.
They were no longer those children from school, but when they looked at each other, the heart recognized them instantly.

They found themselves being others... and, even so, being the same.
With different stories, with scars, with children who were already part of them.
And from that truth, they chose to elect themselves again.

Love, when it is real, does not understand time.
It does not rust, it does not expire, it does not get lost.
Just wait.

Tere and Javi got married knowing that love doesn't always come the first time,
but when it really arrives, it does so to stay.
Together they formed a new family, a home where the past adds, the present embraces
and the future beats in the form of a new son who arrived to seal his story.

Because there are loves that don't need explanations,
only time.
And this story shows that, when two souls are destined,
not even twenty years away can erase what was always home.

⃣ 1️LASER CUTTING & ENGRAVING

All parts that make up the set are pre-cut and engraved on the laser machine, using the specific parameters set for 3mm basswood plywood.

This process includes:

Cutting of all structural parts

Engraving of texts, illustrations and decorative details

Preparation of sockets type finger joint for precise assembly

Each component is perfectly identified for easy subsequent assembly.

⃣ 2️SANDING & CLEANING SURFACES

Once the cutting is complete, all parts are gently sanded manually.

This step allows:

Remove possible traces or marks from the laser cutting

Smooth edges and surfaces

Improve the final finish and feel of the wood

Sanding is done respecting the natural grain of the linden, maintaining its clear and uniform tone.

⃣ 3️ASSEMBLY OF THE MAIN STRUCTURE

Following the natural order of assembly:

Bottom
base The base is placed, which acts as a support for the set.

Back panel
The back panel is inserted into the grooves in the base, ensuring perpendicularity.

Sides
The side panels are fitted into the base and rear panel by means of the snap-in systems, providing stability to the structure.

Front
frame The decorative front is assembled by correctly aligning the fits, leaving the interior showcase-type space visible.

Top Cover
The top is placed, closing the structure and reinforcing the whole.

The snap-in system allows for clean assembly, without visible fittings and with a neat aesthetic.
