      Designed to celebrate shared rituals and everyday pauses, Our Coffee Moment is a functional and decorative coffee corner piece created for capsule storage and cup display.

This project combines clean curves, vertical balance, and warm wood aesthetics to transform a simple coffee setup into a meaningful daily ritual. The dual cup hangers symbolize shared moments, while the side capsule holders keep everything organized and visually striking.

📌 Recommended Materials

MDF 3 mm (main panels and internal shapes)

MDF 6 mm or double-layer MDF 3 mm (base for stability)

Optional: wood stain or varnish (mogno caramelo recommended)

Cut (MDF 3 mm):

Power: 100%

Speed: 6 mm/s

Passes: 1–2 (depending on density)

Engrave (Text & Icons):

Power: 50%

Speed: 150 mm/s

🧩 Assembly Steps (Detailed Process)

Cut all parts according to the file layout using the recommended material thickness.
Make sure all tabs and slots are cleanly cut.

Lightly sand all edges and engraved areas (grit 320–400) to remove MDF fibers and ensure a smooth finish.

Apply stain or varnish before final assembly for best results.
A warm wood tone (such as caramel or mahogany) enhances the natural texture and engraved details.

Assemble the base first, inserting and gluing the support feet into their corresponding slots.
Ensure the base is flat and stable.

Insert the main panel into the base, aligning the tabs carefully and checking vertical alignment before the glue sets.

Attach the capsule holder elements on both sides of the main panel, ensuring they sit flush and symmetrical.

Install the two cup hangers by sliding them into the central slots.
Make sure they are level and firmly seated to support standard coffee cups.

Clean the internal cutout areas with a soft brush or cloth to remove any remaining dust before final use.

Allow the glue and finish to fully cure before placing cups or accessories on the stand.

🛠️ Optional Finishing Tips

Leave the inner MDF areas unpainted to create natural contrast and highlight the capsule cutouts.

A matte or satin varnish is recommended to maintain a premium, modern look.

Use standard, neutral-colored coffee cups to keep the focus on the design.
