Instruction

Step1: Prepare File

Download the file and open it in your laser cutter software

Step2: Choose Material

Select wood sheet (e.g., 3-4mm thick). Place it flat on your laser cutter bed.

In my case, I chose 4mm Poplar plywood

Step3: Set Laser Parameters

Adjust the power, speed and passes according to your material or laser

Step4: Cut

Preview

Start the laser. Make shure the machine completes the cut safely.

Step5: Remove & Finish

Carefully remove the coaster from the bed. Remove any small debris.

 

Tip: The letters are connected for stability; handle with care during removal
