Step1: Find cutting board currently in use

if you have a cutting board that could use some sprucing up or add some functional kitchen measuring guides to help cut vegetables to certain sizes or need handy conversion table for measuring ingredients this will provide that and internal temp guide for meats.

Step2: Sand down the cutting board to a smooth finish

Be sure to sand the cutting board prior to engraving. This step can't be missed as it will allow the cutting board to be clean and ready once engraving is finished. If this step is missed, then you'll have to sand after engraving is complete which will fill the engraved areas with fine saw dust that will be difficult to remove without air compressor to blow out the gaps.
