Information
Decided to experiment with pva glue and mica powders inside of wooden cutout. I have since added uv resin and it looks waaaay better! The UV resin is the way to go here.

Step1
I cut the file, airbrushed the cutout black, put transfer tape on the back, sealing every edge with a scraper tool, I then mixed pva glue with the mica powders and filled cutouts with a pipette. Next time I am going to let glue dry first then rub on the mica powder and seal. WIll post updated pics when completely dry.
