Information

      This is a personalized engraved cutting board for couples. Can be used to serve treats on Valentine's day or a wonderful gift for new couples celebrating an engagement, shower or first holiday. The design is engraved and cut from 1/2 inch pine in a custom gnome shape measuring 10 inches by 11 1/2. You can resize the design to fit any cutting board.

Instruction

Step1: Personalize File

Preview

1.Modify text to include couples names and can add date.

2.Place the ½ inch pine board in machine.

3.Use auto measure on the P2S to get correct distance.

4.Add a rectangle the size of the board, center the image in the rectangle by choosing align center.

5.Align edges with side of board.

Step2: Engrave and Cut Board

Preview

1.Enter the engraving settings. I used 30 power, 500 speed, 100 lines per cm, 1 pass. Cut power 100 speed 3 pass 1.

2. Process the board.

3. Clean the board with some soap and water. Seal the board with a food grade oil afterwards(mineral, beeswax, etc.).

4. Gift the board or share treats with your loved ones!.

Step3: Image generation

Gnome idea came from an AI generated idea that was placed in Adobe Illustrator where I simplified and modified the image to create the current version.
