Use the P2S conveyor to cut out the backer board as shown in the image. Current set-up is for a 18" round. Settings include tabs for cutting. Score setting for the writing and Christmas holly to act as a template for placement

Use honeycomb panel or slate to cut-out individual pieces (As indicated in the image)
Pieces cut out were painted and glued to backer board.
Holly Vine/leafs - Green
Merry Christmas - Red
Holly Berries - Red
Backer Board - Stained (Golden Pecan)
Clear coat added to seal the paint/wood.
