      Here are plans for a folded horn speaker made from layered scraps of ply, I used 5mm board but any thickness can be used just keep layering until your phone fits!

This design acts as an amplifier for your phones music without the need of any power source

This prototype used 16 layers @5mm glued and clamped between layers

I took the idea from high end loudspeakers that use a folded horn design, then created my own plans in lightburn, any size phone can be used by simply adjusting 2 lines in the drawing to create the desired thickness, then cut the amount of layers needed all depending what size materials you are using. can be made with scraps of any size even mixed thicknesses.
