Laser Cut Wooden Christmas Ornament with Initials and 2025 Date

The ornament consists of the outer ring, the inner disk, the cloth to cover the disk, the letters for initials and the cord round the outside and the loop.

Cut the ornament and keep the ring and the disk.  Cut a piece of material and glue to the disk.  Glue the material to the disk.  Trim the material to be just a little larger than the disk, apply a little glue around the edge of the disk, then press the disk into the ring. 

The letters were joined into one using the Union feature.  The letters are offset and touching. Select both letters then select the Union feature.  The letters will be combined for a single cut.  The letters are glued to the center of the disk.  Add a loop of cord to the hole.
