Laser Cut Wooden Captain America Figurine with Shield

Cut out all pieces.  Assemble the head and set aside.

Again, lay out pieces as in the picture.

Assemble as shown.

Note that the T pieces for the arms have 2 small protrusions on them. The legs don't have them. The T piece on the left is the correct one for the arms.

Make sure to put the gear side towards the center. There is a flat side of leg and foot.

Put a little glue on the end of the handle and between the shield pieces.

Glue everything together. 

Note: Some of the pieces are really small and do not cut well.

I'll be working on a redesign that is a bit larger.
