QUICK and EASY way to convert a picture of a family recipe into a ready to engrave file in XCS:
- Upload picture.
- Adjust image using slider bars and gray scale option.
- Crop image as needed to remove excess background.
- Use AI cutout or manually remove the image's background.
- Tuh-Duh! You're now ready to engrave!!
- A variance in the ballpark of 70% power and 200mm Speed is what I usually use to achieve a deep dark engraving.
- Wipe engraving with a magic eraser to remove excess overburn (if any) and finish with a mineral oil.
