Manufacturing Description – Laser Engraving (xTool S1)
This stainless steel bottle was engraved using an xTool S1 diode laser with precisely defined settings to ensure a clean, consistent, and durable result.
Before engraving, the surface was cleaned and degreased to minimize residue and ensure optimal contrast. The bottle was carefully aligned and securely positioned for accurate engraving.

Line density: 70 lines per cm
Engraving mode: Bidirectional
The bidirectional engraving mode allows efficient processing while maintaining sharp details and uniform contrast. The result is a permanent, abrasion-resistant laser engraving integrated into the bottle’s matte coating.
Step2: German
Die Gravur dieser Edelstahl-Trinkflasche wurde mit einem xTool S1 Diodenlaser durchgeführt. Die gewählten Parameter sorgen für ein gleichmäßiges, sauberes und dauerhaftes Gravurergebnis.
Vor der Gravur wurde die Oberfläche gereinigt und entfettet. Anschließend wurde die Flasche exakt ausgerichtet und sicher positioniert.
