Wooden Button Tree Ornament

Use the shape menu to create a star 12.5mm wide
Create a rectangle 1.7x3.2 tall and align center and bottom to the star
Combine the two
Add a circle at the top point 1.3mm wide for the string
Subtract it from the star

For the tree make circles at 7,9,11,13,15,17,19,21,23, and 25mm
For the inner part of the tree, make a circle at 5mm and make copies so you have 9 of them

To make the stump at the bottom make 4 circles at 11mm

Cut all pieces from 3mm basswood.

Glue the tree circles and 5mm circles together using the 5mm as the alternating "trunk" pieces.
Glue the 4 trunk pieces together and glue them to the bottom of the tree.
Glue the star on top of the tree and add a piece of string to hang it with.
