Open the design in Creative Space.  Place the cutting board onto the laser bed.  The cutting board is Acacia wood. There wasn't a materials setting for the so I chose Walnut as a starting point.

Perform the auto measure and mark the processing area.  Resize and place the design within the processing area.  This is a vector file so it can be scaled up or down without quality issues.

This cutting board is large so I had to place it sideways to fit on the bed, therefore, I had to rotate the design to match.

Add the parameters.  I had to guess since this material isn't in the library.  I wanted a darker look and these settings worked out great.  Send to the laser for engraving.

Power 40, Speed 200, LPC 240, 1 Pass.

Once the engraving is complete, you may need to clean it.  I used isopropyl alcohol on a micro fiber cloth for this. You can also do a light sanding if you feel it's necessary.

This cutting board turned out really well, and I'm very happy with the outcome.

I hope you enjoy this design.
