This laser-cut wooden Christmas tree is built from layered outline elements that form a modern and elegant holiday decoration. A painted trunk and green tree layers create a classic look, while optional string lights add a warm, festive glow. Step1: Laser Cut All Parts

Cut all wooden parts of the Christmas tree, including the base plate, trunk, and outline elements.

Step2: Optional: Sand The Baseplate

Lightly sand the base plate to remove burn marks from the laser cutting process.

Step3: Paint The Parts

Paint or spray the trunk piece brown and all tree outline pieces green. Let them dry completely.

Step4: Assemble The Trunk

Insert the trunk into the base plate and glue it in place.

Step5: Assemble the Tree Outline

Glue all green outline pieces together as shown in the images with an overlap of approximately 1 cm.
Start with the two outermost pieces, then glue them onto the long bottom connector, and finally attach the tree top.

Step6: Mount the Tree onto the Trunk

Glue the finished tree outline onto the trunk and let it set.
