Brass coin with a Christmas theme and an inscription in two languages (Czech and English). Can be used as a decoration or a gift.
For brass embossing you need to use a fiber laser like F1 Ultra or F2 Ultra.
F2 Ultra was used in this project.
Place the coin approximately in the center of the area so that it can be focused.
After focusing, move the coin as close to the back as possible, near the exhaust fan.
You can use my project settings for processing on the F2 Ultra. It takes about an hour to process one coin. If you are using the F1 Ultra, you must use the settings appropriate for that machine. You can be inspired by my other coin embossing projects. On the F1 Ultra, one coin takes about four to five hours.
For cleaning, you can use the laser on which the coin was created. For F2 Ultra, my project already includes continuous cleaning of the coin surface. For F1 Ultra, you can again be inspired by my older coins. You need to create a cleaning layer and run it after embossing.
For mechanical cleaning, you can use a wire brush, steel wool or one of the electric compact multi tools. I found a magnetic tumbler to work well.
