Using the baseplate to build upon, center the base piece of the tower on the baseplate and glue in place. Next glue the front, back, side panels then add the top. The small triangle piece gets added to the front of the spinner base to indicate the chosen wedge once the spinner stops. (The sample image is done as a separate piece to show where it goes)

Once you've chosen which wheel to use, the smaller of the two sets of circles are used as reinforcement for the openings on the base where the dowel goes through and the larger ones on the wheel as reinforcement/spacers to allow the wheel to freely spin. Both sets get glued in place; either on the base or on the wheel. Allow all pieces to dry fully before assembling finished spinning wheel.

Step3: Final Assembly

Once the glue on the base and wheel are dry, the whole thing can be assembled.  Using a 5 mm dowel that is approximately 10 cm long, slide the dowel through the holes in the base until they are even on both sides and glue in place. This allows for multiple wheels to be used or stored on the back when not in use.

The locking ring has a slightly smaller than 5 mm opening to allow it to hold the wheel in place on the front end of the dowel while the wheel is spinning. The tighter in the ring is placed, the faster the wheel will slow down and stop when spun. Left more loose, the wheel tends to spin for a longer period of time.
