Step1: Laser Cut the Felt Parts

Cut all sleigh parts and decorative elements from felt in your chosen colors.

Step2: Laser Cut the Sleigh Runners

Cut the sleigh runners from MDF.
Optional: Cut additional cardboard pieces to reinforce the sleigh body.

Step3: Decorate the Sleigh Body

Glue the laser-cut felt decorations onto the red felt base to decorate the sleigh.

Step4: Attach the Edge Trim

Glue the brown felt along both outer edges of the red sleigh body. Trim any excess felt for a clean finish.
