I love the design of Richard's Pencil Jig. i just prefer, the cross for alignment; I find this easier on the Xtool S1

Open up the file in Xtool Studio, cut the black outline and the pencil cutouts, set the cross to engrave, and make sure the text box and the orange reference box have the output button unselected.

Once the Jig has been cut out, lay blank pencils in the jig,

Then, on the Xtool studio, with the laser switched on, it will show you where the laser head currently is. Select all the templates and align the crosshair of the laser to the crosshair of the template

Once everything is lined up, on XTool Studio, set everything to ignore, apart from the engrave text, then change the text to what you desire, and engrave, Happy engraved pencils
