A beautiful wooden envelope, lovingly designed and engraved with a festive Christmas motif. Perfect for 9x13 photos, gift cards, small notes, or keepsakes – and at the same time a beautiful decorative piece that no one will throw away.
Open the file in xTool Studio and hid the process button.
This is what you should see after processing.
Now carefully flip the part with the living hinge vertically. I used some duct tape for that.
Now select the rectangle that was marked as ignored to output and set everything else to ignore. Click Process again.
You should end up with these parts.
Do not use too much glue for this part. Both parts need to be straight on top of each other.
Glue the bell on the living hinge part. If you made a mess with the glue, like I did, clean it up. I use wet wipes for situations like that.
Now glue the corpus together. Again, clean up any glue mass.
Glue the living hinge part to the corpus, and again, clean up any glue mass.
Do not use too much glue for this part. Everything needs to be straight. Otherwise, the envelope will not open and close correctly.
You are done. Be proud of yourself!
