I took the acrylic material boxes and cut out the faces for scrap cardboard.

Step1: Setup material boxes
Preview
You can process up to 2 boxes at a time. Place the boxes letter up keeping the seam of the box on the left. Recommend to square up the boxes in the bed of the P3. Auto measure and move the cutting square to the further right side of the box allowing for the cut to be on the right side of the left seam. If you only use 1 box, turn the output of the other square off.

Step2: Verify setting before processing
Double check the layout in the workspace VS the position of the cutting squares. Once in desired locale, hit process.
Watch the run. You may need to adjust power and speed if cardboard doesn't cut or catches fire.
