Information

This angel ornament is created using 3 mm wood and is designed on an F2. The size can be adjusted if required, allowing you to scale the design to suit your project. It can be customised with any text on the bottom and a name in the heart.

Instruction

1

Step1: Cut and Prepare the Base

Cut the base from 3 mm wood.

**If you wish to paint or stain the piece, it is usually best to do this first for the cleanest result, although it can also be done afterwards depending on your preference. Paint the base in white or any colour you prefer and allow it to dry fully before moving on.

2

Step2: Cut and Personalise the Body

dd any text, message or engraving you would like on the body, then cut the body piece.

**Before cutting the body, decide whether you would like to paint or stain it. Painting or staining beforehand generally gives a cleaner finish, but it is entirely your choice and can be done after cutting if preferred.

3

Step3: Cut the Head

Cut the head from 3 mm wood. Paint or stain it if desired, either before or after cutting depending on your preferred workflow.

4

Step4: Cut the Halo and Heart

Cut the halo and heart pieces from 3 mm wood. Add the chosen name to the heart before cutting or engraving for the neatest result. Paint or stain these pieces to match or complement your colour theme, either before or after cutting based on your preference.

5

Step5: Final Decoration

Once all parts are prepared, decorate them however you wish. You may paint, stain or add glitter, bows, string, beads or any other embellishments to achieve your preferred finish and style.

6

Step6: Assembly

Attach the body to the base.

Add the head above the body.

Attach the halo.

Fix the heart to the front of the body or where desired.

Add any finishing touches.
