Works with any font that is all connected. The font pictured is hello Valencia

This font is not perfect but if you don't mind fixing the odd connection (this is explained in the instructions), its very good and thick enough to be strong when cut.
The extra paw in the file is if you want to include a backing. This is recommended if you are using a thinner font.
