      Three designs for contemporary table top Christmas Trees
Being a lover of upcycling and repurposing old wood, these were made from the tonge and groove of an old bookcase that was being thrown out, but can be made from any wood that is thick enough to stand but thin enough for the laser to cut.  
    

Instruction

  1.  choose the design you wish to use

2. select your material

3. clean and prepare your wood as necessary.  I had to sand and clean the wood

4. Select the appropriate settings to suit your material

5.  click go.  You may need multiple passes depending on your material thickness.  Keep yolu air assist to full and make sure your extraction is working

6. clean and prep:

I used the shou sugi ban approach, then stained the desired colour, then varnished.
