Instruction

1

Step1: About Cold Laser Engraving

A brief explanation of the Cold Laser:

The reason why UV lasers are also known as “Cold lasers” is because it breaks the bond of atoms and molecules on the product which prevents it from overheating and leads to giving precise and accurate results on the material as it gets evaporated, unlike other lasers which do not give precise marking results as the heat produce by them deposit some of the material on the surface.

Step2: Preparation before processing

Any chocolate can be processed. If possible, chill the chocolate first—once it’s frozen solid, the tolerance rate will be relatively higher.

If you plan to eat the chocolate after processing (not just for testing), ensure the machine environment is clean.

P.S.: Chocolate melts easily, so handle it gently.

Step3: Notes

Parameters: Power 20 / Speed 600 / Dpi 300
It's acceptable for the power to increase or decrease by 5.

However, it should be noted that excessively high power will cause the chocolate to melt; excessively low power will result in unclear marking.

The parameters here are for reference only. You can try parameters that are more suitable for you on your favorite chocolate!
