A beautifully engraved wooden angel ornament designed for 3 mm plywood. Includes fine wings, decorative dress pattern, and clean cut lines. Perfect as single- or double-sided Christmas decoration.

Instructions
Import the design into xTool Studio.
Assign Engrave to the inner details (wings, dress, hair, halo).
Assign Cut to the outline of the angel.
Recommended parameters for 3 mm birch plywood (xTool S1 20W):
Engrave: 80% power, 200 mm/s, 1 pass
Cut: 95% power, 6 mm/s, 1 pass
Air Assist ON
Run engrave first, then cut.
Double-sided version (recommended for premium ornaments):
Cut two mirrored angel shapes.
Engrave the first pair.
Remove the pieces, flip/swap them—they are prepared to align correctly.
Run engraving again with Cut turned OFF.
After engraving both sides, glue the two angels together, clamp for 10 minutes, and you’ll get a perfect double-sided ornament with no exposed charred edges.
