Description
This laser-cut angel ornament features detailed floral wings and a finely engraved body. Designed for clean cuts even in delicate areas. Perfect as a Christmas tree decoration, gift tag or handmade holiday decor. The engraving brings out soft textures while the silhouette stays sharp and balanced.
Laser Settings
Machine: Bambu A1 with laser module or xTool S1
Material: 3 mm birch plywood
Engrave: 80% power, 200 mm/s, 1 pass
Cut: 95% power, 6 mm/s, 1 pass
Air assist ON
Settings may vary depending on plywood density.
Assembly Instructions
Single-sided version:
Engrave first, then cut. Clean edges with a soft brush and apply optional finish.
Double-sided version:
For a premium 3D effect, cut two mirrored pieces. Engrave the first pair, remove them, flip or swap pieces as they are pre-mirrored, then engrave again with Cut disabled. After the second engraving, enable Cut and finish both parts. Glue the two halves together, clamp for 10 minutes and you'll get a perfectly double-sided ornament without exposed burn edges.
