This charming layered wooden Christmas tree décor piece features a detailed front layer with snowflake cutouts and a solid back silhouette for depth and contrast. When assembled, it creates a beautiful 3D holiday decoration perfect for mantels, shelves, or festive centerpieces.

Step1
Cut the base pieces – there are two base options if you want a layered or thicker stand.
Cut both tree layers – the open patterned tree and the solid backing tree.
Use different wood types (birch, walnut, cherry) for a premium layered effect, or stain/paint the layers to match your décor.

Layer the patterned tree on top of the solid tree panel. Apply wood glue sparingly and let dry completely.

Insert the assembled tree into the base slot and secure with a small amount of glue if desired.
