Instruction
Step1
Regardless of the machine you use, the first step is to start cutting your box.
I used 3mm plywood for all parts except the front, which I made from 2mm.
The box is designed to be exactly the width of the light base I had at home. (link below) You can adjust it as you wish.
Feel free to wipe with a cloth using a little white vinegar to remove any traces of possible burns.
Peu importe la machine utilisée, la première étape est de lancer la découpe de votre boite.
J'ai utilisé du CP 3mm pour toutes les parties sauf la face avant que j'ai fais en 2 mm.
La boite est réalisée pour faire exactement la largeur de la base lumineuse que j'avais chez moi. (lien ci-dessous)
Vous pouvez modifier à votre convenance.
N'hésitez pas à passer un peu de vinaigre blanc avec un chiffon pour retirer toutes traces de brulures éventuelles.
Step2
Start cutting your bristol paper now
Lancez maintenant la découpe de votre papier bristol
Step3
It's now time to assemble your box.
First, glue the wooden pieces together (except for the front panel).
Let them dry completely before proceeding.
Once dry, you can glue the sheet to the bottom.
Next, glue the first layer to the back of the front panel.
Then, secure the intermediate layers in the grooves, applying a little glue beforehand to prevent them from shifting.
Il est maintenant temps d'assembler votre boite.
Venez d'abord coller les éléments bois (sauf face avant) ensemble.
Laissez bien sécher avant de passer à la suite.
Une fois sec vous pouvez venir coller la feuille sur le fond.
Collez ensuite la première couche au dos de la face avant.
Venez alors “caler” les couches intermédiaires dans les rainures en mettant un peu de colle avant afin que ça ne bouge plus.
Step4
You can glue your box to the base or simply place it on top so you can change it whenever you want (I opted for the second option).
Turn it on and admire!
Vous pouvez coller votre boite sur la base ou simplement la poser pour pouvoir en changer lorsque vous le souhaitez (j'ai opté pour la seconde solution).
Allumez et admirez !
