Create a beautiful, reusable Dog Treat Advent Calendar with this fully customisable laser-cut design. Perfect for dog lovers, grooming salons, and festive gift makers, this file features a circular bauble-style board with 25 bone shapes arranged around the outside and centre.
The design includes cut lines, engraving lines, and editable text, allowing you to personalise names, adjust the treat-holding method, and adapt the layout for your needs.
Cutting
Red lines = CUT
Outer shape, bone outlines, and optional string holes are set to cut.
Use 3–4 mm plywood, birch, or MDF for a clean finish.
2. Engraving
Blue lines = ENGRAVE
Engrave the numbers, snowflakes, details, and centre text (“THE HAIRY ANGELS SING!”).
You may also edit the centre message to a name, pet name, or custom phrase.
3. Adding a Name
The design includes a dedicated engraving area for a personalised name.
Simply replace the existing text with the name you'd like before exporting to your laser.
Treat-Holding Options (Fully Adaptable)
You can choose how the dog biscuits attach:
Option A — Scored Bone Outlines
The design includes scored outlines so you know where to place each treat.
Attach with double-sided tape, glue dots, Velcro tabs, etc.
Option B — Cut Holes for String/Twine
Swap the red score dots for cut holes.
Thread small pieces of jute or ribbon through the bones to tie each biscuit in place.
Perfect for holding thicker or heavier dog treats.
Option C — Mixed Method
Keep the outlines engraved and cut holes on selected bones only.
Ideal if you want to vary biscuit size or display style.
Notes
Always do a small material test before full cutting.
If you need the layout adjusted (extra bones, fewer bones, blank centre, different text), this design is fully editable.
