Information

The design is derived from the traditional Chinese fan structure, presenting the core data of calendars such as dates, months, and weeks in a fan-shaped flipping format. We have designed this calendar with a perpetual calendar structure, which can be used continuously without being limited by the year. You can also customize your own perpetual calendar by changing the patterns of the back and front panels according to the drawing structure.

Cut the overall structure of the calendar according to the drawings, using 3mm oak plywood. The roller support rod is made of 6mm oak plywood cut into a long strip of 6mm * 6mm * 30mm. Use a UV printer in advance or a color printer to print color patterns onto PE plastic sheets. Cut the printed pattern using P3. When cutting PE materials, select the 1mm transparent acrylic cutting parameter in the software.

Install calendar cards. Install calendar cards from front to back according to the design drawings. The order is, date, month, and week. After all the cards are installed, insert the middle pin completely into the back panel, and finally fasten the fixed disc. The overall calendar installation is complete. You can customize your favorite graphics or patterns based on the design drawings to replace the front and rear panels, or design interesting text displays on the calendar card.

Ps. The XCS drawings include colored front and rear panel patterns, as well as digital patterns for calendar cards, which can be laser engraved for flat use
