DESCRIPTION – Step-by-Step (How to Make It)
Place a flat 3 mm plywood A4 sheet into your laser cutter.
Secure it with magnets or pins so it stays firmly in place.
Import the bauble design into XCS and set all shapes to CUT.
Use recommended cutting settings (100% power, 8–10 mm/s, 1 pass, Air Assist ON).
Perform a quick test cut in one corner to confirm full penetration.
Start the job and let the laser cut out the entire ornament.
Once finished, remove the ornament from the plywood carefully.
Lightly sand the edges to clean soot or tiny splinters.
Add a ribbon or string through the top loop for hanging.
This model is a single piece, no gluing or assembly required.
