Insert four circles and one rectangle. Make the rectangle 95x35

Put a circle in each corner of the rectangle and combine the shapes to make a bone-looking shape

Add a smaller circle for the ring, then combine it to be a part of the bone, and finally add a smaller circle that will serve as the hole for the ring.

Now, group the whole thing together and size it to whatever size you want. For me, I wanted it to be 55 mm wide. Then, add your dog's name, and you are done! Now, all you need to do is cut. Don't forget your laser-safe glasses.
