      I created a depth map of a skull santa claus to be debossed into a natural solid slate coaster.

Step1

This file ready to go for you, it's buttery smooth on the finish and will breeze through the slate easily. I haven't tried it on wood so if you do i would love to see the results.

I did not prep this slate i just cleaned the dust off the front and loaded it up with no messing around with paints or anything like that. remember don't seal it if you're using slate otherwise it wont absorb the moisture from the beverage condensation. make sure you set your project to emboss in xtool studio.
