      Here you'll find three variations of tealight holders. The files were created with XTool Studio and are designed for a material thickness of 3mm.

The values are for my S1 40W laser. To determine the correct kerf offset for your laser, it's recommended to cut out two pieces first and do a test fit. Adjust the kerf accordingly if necessary.
