Inspired by the wild beauty of the Faroe Islands, this round piece combines traditional Nordic minimalism with modern laser craftsmanship.

This project captures the Faroese puffin (“Lundi”) in a detailed black-and-white engraving on translucent black acrylic.
The piece combines both IR and Blue Light laser engraving and cutting on the xTool F1, finished with my signature “Bella Koda Design 2025”.
Machine & Settings:
Engrave (Logo – Bella Koda Design 2025): IR Laser — 40 % Power, 35 mm/s, 1 Pass
Cut (Outline): Blue Light Laser — 27 % Power, 5 mm/s, 8 Passes
Engrave (Puffin Image): IR Laser — 550 µs Pulse, 1–35 % Power range, Speed 365 mm/s
Material used: 1 mm Translucent Black Acrylic
The engraving produces a crisp contrast with fine details, ideal for modern wall art or Faroese-inspired décor.
Finished with the mark “Bella Koda Design 2025” for authenticity.
Dette projekt viser en færøsk lunde (Lundi) som en detaljeret sort-hvid gravering på 1 mm gennemsigtig sort akryl.
Arbejdet er udført med xTool F1, hvor både IR- og blå laser er brugt til at kombinere fine detaljer og rene snit.
