🎄 Frosty Friends

🪵 Step-by-Step Instructions

Open xTool Creative Space (XCS).

• Launch XCS and connect your M1 Ultra with the Print Module attached.

Import the Design.

• Load the Frosty Friends image into your workspace. Make sure it’s centered on your canvas.

Set the Material.

• Select Maple Wood from the material list. Use a light-colored surface for best results.
• Prepare the wood by applying xTool's Wood Printing Fixative Spray for xTool M1 Ultra.

Adjust Print Settings.

• Use the print settings for the Print Module and the cut settings for the laser.
• If you are like me, you like to use another laser for your cutting if the wood is thicker than 0.125".  I actually printed this on three different pieces of maple: 0.125, 0.25. and 0.5".

Set Print Area & Align.

• Align the image where you want it to print.

Print the Design.

• Click Start and let the M1 Ultra’s Print Module do the work. The print should complete in about 8–10 minutes.

Finish Up.

• Once printing is done, allow enough time for the project to dry. The ink should be completely dry in about 15 minutes after printing.
