While working on the Easter Chain I had some letter cutouts that were too cute to waste.

While making the Easter Chain I had these letters left over but you can cut them out using the Gordita font from any colors you like if you haven't done the other project

I measured how large I would like the stand to be for the letters that I had and made a rectangle with corners rounded at 4. I added two notches to the bottom that are 3mm wide to hold the feet of the stand.
To make the feet I create two circles, one for the outer size and one for the inner cutout. You can use subtract to make this one object. Next I put a rectangle over the bottom of the circle and used subtract to cut that off. I added a notch at 3mm wide to the top of my object and used subtract to remove it. This piece should be duplicated so you have 2 feet.

I put the letters roughly where I would want them to be and then covered it in scotch tape to hold their places. At this point you can use some tweezers to adjust any letters that are out of place until you like it.

Next we add just a little glue to the back of each letter. Depending on how fast you move and how fast your glue sets you might want to do the two words separately (I did). Add a small amount of glue and flip it over to place on the sign.
After the letters are dry you can add dabs of glue and attach the feet.

You are done! This turned out very cute and will be perfect on the shelf of my plate wall.
