Laser cut and engraved bookmarks with gradient finish and black tassels.

Step1
If you want to achieve the gradient, finish, start with step one. If not, proceed to step two.
- Stain basswood with a whitewash water based stain such as Saman water based stain. Once dry, take two to three more water based stain colors and pour onto basswood in whatever pattern desired and wipe off allowing the colors to mix into one another at their edges.
- Cut and engrave bookmarks on XTool.
- Spray clear coat and let dry. After one hour, apply a coat of mod podge iridescent clear coat and let dry.
- Add tassel.
