      Engraved from xTool’s 3 mm black-and-white two-tone acrylic, this eerie décor piece pairs bold laser-engraved detail with crisp contrast. A wicked jack-o’-lantern, haunted house, and ghostly tree glow against the dark background, while a custom ghost-shaped stand props the artwork for perfect tabletop viewing. Preview

Cut & Engrave

Open the Halloween sign file in xTool Creative Space.
Set the focus and enter your laser settings. (If you’re using an xTool P2s, recommended settings are already saved in the file.)
Place 3 mm black-and-white two-tone acrylic in the laser and engrave/cut the design.
Other xTool machines will work—just dial in the appropriate acrylic settings for your laser.

Clean Up

Carefully remove the sign and stand pieces.
Wipe down all parts with a damp rag to remove any residue or acrylic dust.

Assemble the Stand

Glue the stand pieces together with CA glue (cyanoacrylate).
Once dry, attach the completed stand to the back of the sign, centering it and aligning the stand’s bottom edge with the bottom of the sign for a clean, level display.
