xTool LED wall decoration

1. Choose your desired logo or design. I asked the xTool staff if I could use their logo first, then looked for it using google search.
2. Download the design and load the image into XCS
3. If the design does not come in SVG format, use the trace function to convert the design into a vector

1. Now create the base plate and the front plate.
2. Create 2 rectangles and place them on the canvas.
3. You can round up the edges if you want, but for sharper edges it is adviced not to do that.
4. Select the front plate and your logo or design and align it horizontally and vertically centered
5. Group the front plate and the design and group them

1. To have enough room to add the LED light strip create some spacers that you can cut out of plywood
2. Depending on your material, you might have to cut 2 samples of each spacer and glue them together

1. Set the processing parameters or use mine

1. Cut the photography filters with scissors and add them to the back of the front plate
2. Fix them with some tesa
3. Now stick the LED strip around the filters. Place them as close as possible to the cutouts
4. The last thing you gotta do is to add the spacers. 
5. Attach one spacer on the top, bottom, left and right side
6. Place the front plate on top of the spacers
7. Align the top plate while the glue is still wet
8. Use clamps to keep the top plate in place

Once the glue is dry you are ready to place your sign where ever you want. If you want to hang it with a rope, you should add 2 holes into the baseplate before cutting it.
