🛠️ Bill of Materials (BOM)

3 mm birch plywood (A4 sheet)

Battery-powered LED tealight (no open flame)

Optional: wood glue, varnish, black/orange paint

🔥 Laser Settings (xTool S1 – 20W)

Cutting: 100% power, 6–8 mm/s, Air Assist ON

Engraving (details): 35–40% power, 120 mm/s, 318 LPI

📖 Step-by-Step Instructions

Prepare the files

Open the .xcs file in xTool Creative Space.

Assign cutting (red) and engraving (blue) correctly.

Place the material

Fix 3 mm birch plywood on the honeycomb panel.

Enable Air Assist.

Engrave & cut

Engrave optional facial detail lines.

Cut out the pumpkin face panel and base holder.

Assemble the holder

Slot the base and back panel together.

Insert the pumpkin panel.

Add LED candle in the base holder.

Finishing

Sand edges for smooth finish.

Optionally paint pumpkin orange and face black.

In a dark room, watch the killer pumpkin face project its scary shadow.
