Laser-cut wooden keychain with the text “HALLOWEEN” and a hole for a metal keyring. Made from 3 mm birch plywood, it is lightweight, durable, and perfect as a small Halloween gift, party favor, or seasonal accessory. Can be left natural or painted in festive colors.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Design Preparation

Create the text “HALLOWEEN” as a vector design.

Add a circular hole (∅ 5–6 mm) for the keyring.

Cut & engrave

Place plywood on the laser bed.

Engrave decorative details if desired.

Cut out the keychain shape and ring hole.

Assembly

Sand edges lightly if needed.

Attach the metal keyring.

Finishing

Leave natural, or paint in Halloween colors (orange/black).

Optionally apply clear varnish for durability.
